1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SellShorts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service description
SellShorts is a web application that lets users paste supported product links; create short-form product videos, Thai voiceover, captions, hashtags, and thumbnails; and review, download, or publish through supported channels.
3. User responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing, complying with Thai law and each platform's terms, and ensuring product, affiliate, advertising, disclosure, copyright, and consumer-protection claims are accurate.
4. Platform integrations
Connected-platform access is used only for actions requested by the user. YouTube, TikTok, X.com, Stripe, Google Vertex AI, and other providers remain governed by their own terms and policies. Features that require provider approval may be limited, hidden, or unavailable.
5. Credits, billing, and refunds
SellShorts uses subscription plans and usage credits. Prices are shown in Thai Baht. Stripe Checkout handles payments. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after AI credits are used; refund reviews may be requested within 7 days where no credits have been used, subject to applicable law.
6. AI output and limitations
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable for a platform. Users must review and edit outputs before use. SellShorts does not guarantee originality, performance, conversion, reach, revenue, or uninterrupted model availability.
7. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Thai law to the extent applicable. Billing or terms questions can be sent to billing@sellshorts.app.
