1. Overview
This page explains how to delete the data SellShorts stores when you connect a Facebook Page. You can disconnect at any time, and you may request full deletion of all data associated with your account.
2. What Facebook data we store
When you connect a Facebook Page, SellShorts stores your Page identifiers (Page id and name), the Page access token used to publish Reels you initiate, and the publish records (post ids and status) for content you create. Page access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only for actions you request. Send deletion requests to privacy@sellshorts.app.
3. Disconnect from within SellShorts
Go to Settings → Facebook Page → Disconnect. Disconnecting immediately revokes the stored Page access token so SellShorts can no longer publish on your behalf. You can also remove SellShorts from your Facebook account at facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations.
4. Request full data deletion
To delete all data associated with your account — including stored Facebook Page identifiers, tokens, and publish records — email privacy@sellshorts.app from your account email with the subject "Data deletion request", or use the in-app account-closure flow. We confirm each request and issue a confirmation code.
5. Check deletion status
When a deletion request is received we issue a confirmation code. To check the status of a request, append it to this page URL as ?id=<confirmation_code> (for example, /en/data-deletion?id=ABC123), or reply to the confirmation email. Verified deletion completes within 30 days, subject to legal, transaction, security, and fraud-prevention retention requirements.
