1. Introduction
SellShorts is an AI-powered SaaS platform at sellshorts.app for short-form product video creation from product links. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you visit the public website or use the SellShorts application.
2. Data we collect
We collect account and contact data, generation prompts and outputs, product links and derived product metadata, billing plan and credit information, connected-platform account identifiers, operational logs, and support messages as needed to provide and secure the service.
3. Platform and payment providers
SellShorts may use YouTube Data API v3, TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API, Stripe Checkout, Google Vertex AI, and other listed providers only for actions requested by the user. Payment card and bank details are processed by Stripe and do not reach SellShorts servers.
4. OAuth and connected accounts
OAuth tokens for connected accounts are used only to label accounts, upload or publish content the user initiates, and maintain account connections. Tokens are encrypted at rest and can be revoked from the provider settings or SellShorts settings where supported.
5. Security and retention
We use HTTPS, secure session cookies, bridge protections, webhook verification, encrypted token storage, rate limits, and operational logging. Generated media and operational records are retained only for service, audit, security, refund, and legal needs.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or account closure, subject to legal, transaction, security, and fraud-prevention retention requirements under applicable law including Thailand PDPA where relevant.
